James J. Mailloux, MBA Associate Broker – Land Acquisitions & Development Jim is a native of Syracuse, NY and has been working in real estate for 12 years. As a land developer, Jim has been President of two national land companies specializing in large acreage recreational properties in New Mexico. Jim’s motto is “Buy It Right” and often works with “Option Contracts” and “Inverse Commission Schedules” to purchase properties at the lowest possible cost to the investor/developer.
