I am a second generation realtor with over 25 years of experience in sales, leasing, and property management of residential & commercial real estate. I was exposed to the real estate business at a very young age. My father is a builder/developer who makes a living buying, selling, and renting investment properties. My mother founded JSM Realty International, a Real Estate brokerage now located in Boca Raton Florida that’s been in business for over 30 years of which I own an equity position. My first job was helping my family rehab, resell, and manage their investment properties. I worked on Wall Street as a Licensed Financial Adviser. I ran my own branch of a financial services company for 10 years before going into real estate full time. I possess the professional ability and skills to research and analyze sales, financial data, and markets, which is critical when determining the current market value for real estate. I am currently the Regional Manager of Cornerstone Real Estate Services LLC, one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages on Long Island, NY. Before pursuing my own real estate brokerage, I was recognized as a top producing agent at Charles Rutenberg Realty & Douglas Elliman. I also founded The Southeast Real Estate Expo, a leading retirement trade-show of exhibitors that included Real Estate developers & Realtors. The expo provided information on retirement, vacation, and investment housing options to retirees moving to the Southeastern US.
