A born and bred Brooklynite Phyllis has extensive knowledge of our borough. Phyllis lived in Brownsville and Bushwick, during the early years of her life. As her family grew and needed more space, they migrated to Bedford-Stuyvesant during her teen years. Phyllis went to high school in Bensonhurst and during her early adult years lived in Midwood, and later bought her home in Canarise. She has amazing local market knowledge. Prior to joining Fillmore for her Real Estate career, Phyllis enjoyed over 20 years in the banking industry. She received extensive training from a premiere bank in their Cayman/International Banking Facility Department (the trading sector). However, her major area of expertise was in Commercial Loans (Mortgage Banking Product), where she spent seven of her 20 years in banking. While pursuing her banking career Phyllis attended Mercy College to pursue her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance. Phyllis is a licensed Real Estate Agent, a member of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors and when time permits, she volunteers at her local church food pantry.
