Beth specializes in a number of areas in real estate, including foreclosures, estate sales, short sales, BPO's, and investment properties. She also enjoys working with first-time buyers, repeat buyers, and listing properties for sale. In addition to holding her Principal Broker license, she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist, and has an MS Degree in Administration.

Prior to investing in e Venture LLc as an owner, Beth was affiliated with other companies and has always been designated as a Top Producer receiving numerous awards. She has also mentored many agents and believes every one wins with a well trained agent. Beth and her partner formed e Venture LLC as they both knew what Realtors want & need to be successful.
