Jean-Paul went out of his way to help us with our purchase of a short sale to the point that when our bank would not approve our mortgage unless the porch of the home we were buying was sanded and painted and the sellers would not make any improvements, Jean-Paul showed up in paint clothes ready to help us fix the property to get our mortgage company to approve the sale. He always responded right away and was always helpful or would point us to someone who could help out. Overall, He was great to work with!
