Neil, in addition to his responsibilities as owner/broker, is also a NYS certified residential real estate appraiser, Mortgage broker and Notary Public. Neil has served as a long time elected LIBOR Director, Chair of the Long Beach/Island Park Brokers Council and Vice-President of the local Chamber of comm. He has served on numerous local, civic and Realtor committees and written numerous articles for newspapers and magazines.
