As a Managing Broker of the Jackson Heights Market Center, Edgar brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience in the field of residential real estate. With an enthusiastic and always positive attitude Edgar excels in the area of training and consulting new and experienced real estate professionals. Edgar’s real estate career as a Salesperson began in 1976 with a small but reputable real estate company in Jamaica Estates, New York. In 1983, his entrepreneurial spirit prompted him to open his own real estate company, Bonus Realty, located in Woodhaven. For the next 25 years Bonus Realty shared affiliations with top National Franchise companies. Working with traditional systems as well as 100% franchise companies, Edgar had the opportunity to learn and experience different business models giving him the vision and appreciation for what Keller Williams brings to the Real Estate industry. Edgar describes the Business Model of Keller Williams to be “the most innovating and progressive system he ever worked with” and he continues on to say that “the inter-dependent system of KW is creative and most rewarding for the Company and their agents, it makes both owners and agents work for a common goal: exceptional real estate service with profitable results”.
