Carol has a 32-year commitment to the Real Estate industry on the South Shore of Long Island as a Licensed Broker/Owner/Notary, specializing in the sales and rentals of residential and commercial property. Her extensive knowledge of mortgage trends, co-op and condo sales and waterfront properties as well as the foreclosure and short sale process has helped many buyers and sellers. Carol is also a registered HUD and VA broker. As the owner of Sparaco-Lieberman Realty, she has had a successful career in real estate as well as being a member of many local organizations which are instrumental in giving back to the community. Carol is past president and current director on the South Shore Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors, past president of the Freeport Exchange Club, past treasurer of the Freeport Harbor Civic Association and current director of the Freeport Chamber of Commerce. Carol was honored to receive the 2009 Freeport Chamber Businessperson of the Year.
