Christos Tsouratakis is a Licensed Associate Broker, currently serving as the Managing Director of Laffey Real Estate in Little Neck. With over 25 years of experience as a former business owner, Christos has a proven track record of success and was honored with The Queens Chamber of Commerce Business 2007 “Small Business Person of the Year Award.”

Christos is passionate about providing his clients with exceptional service and works tirelessly to develop winning strategies that meet their diverse housing needs. He is committed to growing his office and helping his agents succeed in their businesses. In addition to his work as a broker, Christos is currently a Board of Director on the New York State Realtors Association and has served as the former President for the Long Island Board of Realtor's Western Queens Chapter.

Christos is a highly educated and skilled professional, with a Commercial & Investment Real Estate designation/certification (CIRE) through Libor ( Long Island Board of Realtors), as well as the following National Association of Realtor's designations/certifications: Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). He has also completed and graduated from The Long Island Board of Realtors Leadership Academy.

Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Christos is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is an active member of several community groups, including the Queens Chamber of Commerce, the Queens Blvd Kiwanis Club, and the Parish Council of Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church of Jamaica. He has also served as a former member of the Flushing Rotary Club and the Community Advisory Board for New York Hospital Queens in Flushing. Fluent in Greek, Christos brings a wealth of diverse experiences and perspectives to his work as a real estate broker and community leader.
