Erika Lotakov has been a leading Real Estate professional in Los Angeles since 1983. Coming over to LA from Kiev, in the Ukraine, in the late seventies, Erika spent 4 years as an accountant and 5 years as an Artist Management Agent, before joining Mike Glickman Realty and, later, Fred Sands Realtors, and riding the wave that was the great 1980´s housing boom in Southern California. Erika did this with both staggering numbers (having handled over $100 million in production), as well as personal attention to clients´ very individual needs and wants.

In addition to Real Estate Sales, Erika has also played the investor / inventor, purchasing "fixers", rehabbing them in her own stylish decorative vision or, in cases, in the dream-style of her clients, and reselling them again. Especially in these situations, but in all matters of her professional work ethic, Erika has displayed an almost superhuman energy and commitment to perfection. Finding the right home for her buyer or the right buyer for the home she is selling is a large and difficult task. Erika Lotakov, in her personal life, is an accomplished classical pianist, having received her M.A. at the Kiev State Music Conservatory. She is a spirited woman, full of life, who loves her two standard poodles Malvina and Kenzo, and her daughter Aneta, a doctor in New York City.
