After quickly making a name for himself at NAI, Arthur was acquired by Mohr Partners out of Dallas, Texas. Mohr Partners is the strongest corporate tenant representation company’s in the United States. Arthur was personally responsible for representing the real estate interests of Mohr’s clients. Mohr’s clients included Toshiba, Fujitsu, Hughes Supply, Central Mutual Insurance, Great West Life, Hanjin Shipping, and Lockheed Support Systems. The experience in negotiating that Arthur gained from his time at Mohr encouraged him to launch one of the most successful full-service investment real estate firms in Dallas.
