My sales career began in Pharmaceutical,Hospital and Medical Device sales. At the end of my tenure I had been promoted to sales manager. I learned many of the higher level sales techniques from my days as a sales reprentative. I follow the approach to treat other as you would want to be treated. I preform my sales functions from every angle: web sites, meeting with other realtors by visiting their offices in person to discuss my listings, email descriptive blasts to other paraprofessionals, agent luncheons, public open houses, the newspaper publications for our area as well as realtor books. My job is to get a home sold quickly by making sure it is stategically marketed and to stay in contact with my seller by working as a team. On the flip side as a buyers agent I learn as much as I can about my clients, their desires, pursuites, children's needs, and pair the best viewings as possible for that client. From there, I work as an advocate for my clients to make sure they are getting their dream home!
