Kristin Stampini is a residential real estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty servicing SE Florida. Kristin was born and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. After 15 years of professional experience in high profile management and leadership positions in the restaurant industry Kristin has now turned her passion to the real estate industry. Kristin made a name for herself in the restaurant business, and during her restaurant career she moved around the country 14 times in 10 years opening new restaurants everywhere. Kristin feels that being a seasoned traveler has given her a definite advantage in her real estate career today.
Kristin specializes in short sales and is passionate about helping people in need. Kristin thinks education is the Key to Success especially in the real estate market that we are in today. Kristin teaches short sales to people in the real estate and mortgage industry. Within the last year alone Kristin has either received or is working on the following designations: ABR, PMN, CRS, GRI, RSPS, Green Designation, Certified Affordable Housing Specialist, and is also an ASP (Accredited Staging Specialist). Kristin is the Treasurer for The Greater Palm Beach Women’s Council of Realtors. Kristin is also an ALC member for Keller Williams Realty. ALC is a highly sought leadership role that is recognized by everyone in Keller Williams. As an ALC member Kristin assists and helps develop the culture, profitability and growth of other agents and the Keller Williams Market Center.
In 2008 Kristin is honored to have received 2 Awards. Being very active in the real estate industry Kristin received the “Rising Star Award” for the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, and the "New Comer" Award for the State of Florida Women's Council of Realtors. Kristin has been married for 3 years to her wonderful husband Mark. Mark being in the Mortgage Industry and having his Real Estate License allows them to work together often. In their time away from work Kristin and Mark enjoy traveling, and sports. They also spend a lot of their time volunteering for Home Safe an incredible non- profit organization that Protects Abused Children in Palm Beach County.
