Kevin Larkin has been a professional REALTOR® since 2004 specializing in the sale and marketing of residential properties in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. Prior to his career in real estate Kevin spent 13 years in the insurance industry for one of the nations largest retailers. Having supervised the General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Departments for the whole East Coast Kevin excelled in management, customer service and the “People Skills” that it takes to help get the job done. This background has helped Kevin to excel in the Real Estate Industry.
Education
Kevin earned a BS degree in Business and Finance and a Minor in Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland and is a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore, Maryland. Education is one of the keystones of Kevin’s success and he has worked to earn some of the real estate industry's most prestigious professional designations. Kevin is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Personal Information
A native of Baltimore, Kevin has lived in Catonsville the majority of his life. Kevin’s thirst for Real Estate began by buying, renovating and selling property with his broker, Marty Welsh and eventually securing his own real estate license to pursue his own career in the industry. While still being quite active in real estate investments, it is keeping an "eye" out for real estate opportunities for his clients, the sales and marketing of those and other properties that is his passion; and he incorporates his “ground-up” knowledge of restoration and sales of residential real estate into his very successful career.
