D'Amico Real Estate Services was founded
in 1994 by
Jim
D'Amico III, a Bryant College
graduate and recipient of the
entrepreneur of the year award.
The Company's first CENTURY 21 franchise
opened in Chelsea, Massachusetts; where
Jim's father,
James
D'Amico Jr., is the owner and
operator of a Real Estate Investment and
Development Company that has flourished
for more than 30 years.
In May of 2001, the D'Amico family entered into the
mortgage business.
Brian
D'Amico, brother of Jim D'Amico
III, started mortgage operations in
Chelsea, MA and soon moved to Saugus at
1711 Broadway.
NewFED Mortgage Corporation is
both a direct mortgage lender and a
mortgage broker. With this, NewFED can
lend on many different loan products.

A recent Northeastern graduate and

Lauren
D'Amico, helps direct
Administrative services to more than 350
real estate agents.
