EXPERIENCE:
I purchased my very first home in Colorado Springs when I was only 19 years old. Since that time, I have bought and sold many personal investment homes. In 1985, my love for real estate led me to become a full-time Real Estate Broker and I joined Metro Brokers in 1989. The amount of real estate transactions I have closed since that time number in the thousands. With me, you will have an experienced broker with a comprehensive understanding of the Metro Denver area. I am a seasoned, skilled negotiator and will effectively manage the buying and selling process to help you get the best possible price with the most favorable terms in the shortest period of time.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS:
Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI)- Only 9% of real estate agents nationwide have completed the required 92 hour education program to earn this designation
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - Only 5% of REALTORS® nationwide have the required experience and the advanced education in negotiating, technology, marketing, and other subjects to earn this designation.

ETHICAL:
Two law firms have consistently hired me to work on their estate sales. They are the Law Office of Sagrillo Hammond Dineen & Kostettler and the Law Office of David Kirch. Additionally, I serve on an ad-hoc basis as a panel judge for the Colorado Real Estate Commission for ethic dispute hearings. Only Realtors® who are experienced, trusted, ethical and competent are asked to serve in this position.

In 1992 Andy served as the President of Metro Brokers (Serving as president of this powerful association of 750+ independent Colorado real estate companies, Andy has earned the respect of his peers. During contract negotiations, Andy's clients reap the benefit of his reputation within the real estate industry for honesty and for finding win-win solutions).
In 1998-1999, Andy served as the President of the South Metro Denver Realtors Assn. He held numerous other Board positions with both the South Metro Denver Realtors Association and Metro Brokers. In September of 2008, Andy was awarded "Realtor of the Year" by the South Metro Denver Realtors Association.
AVAILABILITY:
I am a full-time real estate broker (7 days a week). All of my telephone numbers will be available for you to contact me. When you call our office, our receptionist will assist you with your needs (yes, a real person actually answers our phones!). Many real estate offices today rely upon a computer answering system that will run you through a recording maze with endless options of extensions before you are even able to access your agent’s phone.
Oftentimes, they do not even give you the option of speaking to an individual for assistance. Maintaining the personal touch is important to me. In this age of fax machines and personal assistants, many buyers and sellers rarely see or speak directly with their agents. I don't ever want my clients to feel that we are too busy for them. My mission is to provide my clients with a combination of the best in technology along with old-fashioned personal service.
