Nancy Duryea has been in real estate since 1998 servicing Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties specializing in residential, land, farm and equine properties. She has earned her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, is a Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) and is also a graduate of Floyd Wickman’s “Sweathogs” training program. Prior to entering real estate, her previous experience includes 14 years with General Electric Company in Corporate Treasury. Along with her husband, she also owned and managed Duryea Farms in Rockland County and brings to real estate professionalism combined with down-to-earth hard work. Nancy currently serves as Secretary to the Town of Crawford Planning Board and Secretary to the Crawford Zoning Board of Appeals. She is a past Board member of the Boys and Girls Club, and past Treasurer of the Friends of the Crawford Library.
