When I was looking for a place online, I noticed there are hundreds
Of Housing websites with millions of listings and postings, I contacted a
few agents with their listings but finally I saw a post with video
link in it. The agent actually would spend time shooting video and
when you sit there you know what it is.

Most impressive about Philip is he is knowledgeable about the unit and the market. Unlike other agents I talked to before, he hardly say anything like "maybe / perhaps / could be".
