I am eager and experienced in dealing with all parties involved in the transaction, whether they are Other Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, Bank Loan Officers, Estate Executors, Divorce Attorneys, Loss Mitigation Officers or Property Managers (Co-Ops). I have worked with them all!

I never take anything for granted and strive to work hard for the result you are looking for: Selling your property in a timely manner for top dollar!! With the aid of my loan processing background, I am also able to properly screen prospective buyers and weed out those buyers who have no chance of closing in this increasingly difficult mortgage market. Most importantly, my market knowledge gives me the upper hand in truly giving sellers a rock solid opinion of what their home should be priced at to get top dollar.
I have Sold and Marketed all different property types, Single & Multi Family Homes, Co-Ops, Condos, Mixed Use Properties and Commercial Properties.
