First off...your boys are ADORABLE. Can they be any cuter??? I wanted to send a quick but deeply sincere thank you for selling my parent's house on Big Piece Road (Carmen and Joseph Lazzara). They have been wanting to move out since the flooding happened 5 years ago and my dad, at 80, doesn't handle the stress of it well. I'm thrilled to have them coming out here to Ohio, to live near me.
Lattimer Realty also brought the buyer for my home in Fairfield and sold us the house there, plus represented my brother in a townhouse purchase a number of years ago. I also refer people to your realty practice whenever they're looking for someone in the area.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed my parent's deal goes through. It seems pretty solid from here and they are feeling excited, positive, (and overwhelmed - lol!).
