Last summer, I had a very bad experience with a real estate broker. In the fall, I met Joseph and Grace from Charles Rutenberg Realty. They came into my home and I found them to be charming, professional, and very innovative. They told me that they are working for me, the seller, and would respect all of my wishes. Having burned by the first broker, I told them I did not want any open houses and all showings had to be by appointment only. Joseph and Grace were always very respectful of my wishes and asked for my permission for just about any change or showing with regard to the sale of my house. At one time, Joseph said, "I never fail--we will sell your house even in this market." Well, just a month and a half later, Joseph had several buyers who wanted the house and we were in contract shortly thereafter. Joseph and Grace are excellent brokers and always very professional right down to their wardrobe. I recommend Joseph and Grace very highly if you really want to sell your home.
