This note conveys my appreciation for the expertise and services of Rosalba Gutierrez and Ann Hughes from your agency during the successful, speedy sale of my parents home at 151 Sylvia Lane in New Hyde Park, which was part of my mothers estate.

Every part of the selling process went smoothly thanks to their experienced and personal attention to detail. They successfully located a buyer and realized a sale at the high end of the selling price range arrived at by my sister and me (the estates co-executors) before contacting Realtors.

After screening a few agents recommended by the estates attorney, Isabel Tompkins-Smith, I selected them because of the integrity and energy they conveyed during the interview process. They generously took me on a tour of comparable houses to help me establish an original asking price. Also notable was the professional support your agency provided (web presence, print ads, lock box, referrals for clean out and clean ups, etc.) And they were helpful in their assessment of the requirements for getting the house ready for showing.

They arranged showings and other appointments around the schedules of my out-of-town family who were selecting memorabilia from the home and helping in the cleaning up process. Their flexibility was remarkable. As someone not working nor living nearby, I especially appreciated and trusted their conscientious shepherding of the sale and all its details (while incorporating my input and feedback in that process).

Their original estimation of the actual sales range turned out to be on target. Their quick discernment of de facto prices allowed us to make a smooth, market-savvy price adjustment. They immediately passed on incoming bids and a good sense of the prospective buyers situations without pressure to accept or reject any offer.

They were excellent in helping the actual buyers and us painlessly and efficiently reach a satisfactory selling price. Even though the contract signed with the buyers did not follow the standard, rule-of-thumb approach to down payment, they had a good sense of the buyers financial solvency, commitment to the sale, ability to open mortgage, and personalities  thereby reassuring us that the contract offered would remain solid.

They offered their services as seamless intermediaries with the buyers, the offices of our attorneys, town offices, and outside workers needed to move to closing.

Rosalba and Ann worked very well as a team  each with individual strong points and skills to see the selling process through, yet always in excellent communication with each other, always on the same page with me and, seemingly, the buyers. Moreover they clearly knew the neighborhoods of New Hyde Park and their residents.

In sum, their assistance in this house sale process exceeded my expectations regarding services, likely selling price, and anticipated closing date. And given the recent losses of both my parents (with readjustments and obligations that accompany such a situation), I am especially grateful for their thoroughness, professionalism, dependability, and conscientiousness. I recommend them without reservation to any prospective seller (and, I suspect, buyer) of a home in your area.

Moreover, you should be commended for hiring, keeping, and supporting agents such as these, as well as for maintaining high levels of standards and service in your company.

Rosalba is very knowledgeable and has a lot of real estate experience. She keeps the communications open at all times and follows up immediately.
