I opened Coldwell Banker, La Barca Real Estate at 3003 Avenue M, Brooklyn, NY 11210 in 1984. As a means of establishing my ability to determine values for real estate in Brooklyn, I submit my activities in the real estate profession during the past 26 years. I serve as President of the Brooklyn Board of REALTORS in 2007, and continue to serve as a director. I am also a past president of the Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service and now serve as its Treasurer. I have served in many capacities on both Boards of these organizations.
