I had the pleasure of working with Sergey Borohov. We decided to move to Florida and needed some of the money from this house to buy in Florida. We thought the house would be on the market for a long time with the price we were asking for. With Sergey's professionalism, knowledge and very good negotiation techniques he sold our house pretty quickly for our price. He knew the market, where to go and we only had 2 open houses. I would fully recommend Sergey because he made the process very easy for us. He was easy to talk to and made very good suggestions. |

My first contact with Serge was in June of 2012. Both of my parents had recently passed away and my siblings and I had to deal with the task of selling their home. From the day I met Serge, I was impressed with his expertise and trusted him implicitly. His knowledge of the local market was spot on and his use of technology to aid in the sale of a house was impressive. We were immediately updated whenever any activity occurred with regard to the house and every Friday, he would call with a recap of the how the week went. We received an offer within the first few weeks the house was on the market and after Serge negotiated that offer to one that was acceptable to us, we were ready to go to contract.
